Role Overview:
As a key contributor to our Packaging Operations, the Packaging Technician will play an essential role in delivering premier lifecycle services to high-stakes and regulated markets. Our unwavering focus on innovation and excellence empowers us to collaborate with life sciences and other regulated organizations, enhancing their operational efficiency and driving their success. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate within the Packaging Operations team to complete the packaging process of finished products for distribution.
Ensure precise and compliant batch record documentation adhering to cGMP standards.
Oversee the performance of the packaging line, identifying and escalating any issues in real time to the Packaging Equipment Technician.
Assist the Packaging Equipment Technician during troubleshooting, line interventions, and restart activities.
Execute system transactions in Oracle in accordance with site protocols.
Maintain the packaging area in a state of readiness for inspections at all times.
Participate in internal, client, and regulatory inspections as necessary.
Contribute to the preparation, review, and revision of packaging documentation, including batch records and standard operating procedures.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and advocate for safe working practices within the Packaging Operations team.
Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives and support projects within the Packaging Suite.
Lead investigations, documentation, and resolution of packaging-related deviations and process issues.
Maintain a thorough and compliant personal training record at all times.
