Your Impact
As a Paid Media Analytics Specialist, your primary goal will be to leverage data to enhance our Paid Media strategies across various platforms, including search, social, and affiliate marketing. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our media investments, improving customer acquisition efficiency, and fostering data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with dynamic teams in Growth Marketing, Analytics Engineering, and Finance to drive results.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting in-depth analysis of performance across all paid marketing channels, with a focus on down-funnel metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion quality to inform investment decisions.
Uncovering actionable insights and collaborating with the Growth Marketing team to continually refine spend and targeting strategies.
Designing and executing a comprehensive testing agenda, including geo-lift tests and holdouts, to accurately assess the impact of upper-funnel investments.
Developing and maintaining predictive models that enable advanced bidding strategies, including Value-Based Bidding (VBB) and projected ROAS frameworks.
