As a pivotal member of our Performance Business Unit, you will play an essential role in executing data-driven campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive measurable growth. Whether through paid media, SEO, or innovative creative solutions, our campaigns are designed to deliver real results.
We invite you to embark on this exciting journey with us as a Paid Media Campaign Manager, primarily managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This is a 12-month contract position based in Singapore, offering you the chance to work hands-on with 3 to 5 client accounts and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will report directly to the Performance Director and be responsible for the execution, optimization, reporting, and analysis of campaigns. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to support client communication and contribute to the overall campaign strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance daily campaign performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Manage ad campaign budgets to ensure efficiency and effective pacing.
- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign results as needed.
- Assist in A/B testing and the exploration of new strategies.
- Collaborate with the Performance Director on overarching campaign strategies.
- Communicate performance updates and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
- Share valuable insights and best practices within your team.
- Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and suggest improvements.
- Be open to learning and adapting to new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads).
