THE ROLE:
As a Paid Media Manager, you will lead paid search and social media performance while managing client relationships and overseeing production resources. You will be the primary contact for your assigned clients, responding to inquiries and conducting weekly calls. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing effective paid search and social media strategies in collaboration with vendors and senior team members, while also managing project timelines and deliverables for your accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Maintain an expert understanding of key paid media channels, including Google Search, Microsoft Search, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Google Display Network, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and UAC.
- Develop account strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing client efficiency and growth objectives.
- Implement effective account management monitoring and optimization techniques to enhance performance and meet client targets and budgets.
- Identify and prioritize initiatives with the potential for the greatest impact on account performance.
- Generate client roadmaps, testing plans, reports/dashboards, and quarterly/annual business reviews (QBRs/FBRs) to fulfill client requirements.
- Oversee the performance of a designated client portfolio, ensuring adherence to performance goals and responsible management of client budgets.
- Draft, review, and ensure agendas for status calls align with client expectations and highlight critical updates.
- Lead client meetings effectively, discussing completed projects, performance metrics, and future optimization strategies.
- Ensure that all account management activities undergo a quality assurance process to guarantee error-free execution.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships between DEPT® and the platforms we specialize in.
