Qualifications
As a Paid Search Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving growth through innovative campaign strategies that surpass client expectations. You possess a solid foundation in SEM, bid strategies, and client objectives, equipping you to develop tactical roadmaps, dashboards, and persuasive presentations that engage stakeholders. Your ability to prioritize initiatives ensures seamless execution, while your mentorship cultivates team talent. You will also contribute to our thought leadership, fostering a team that consistently delivers exceptional results.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and app initiatives.
Familiarity with various campaign types: Universal App Campaigns (UAC), App Campaign Installs (ACi), Google Display Network (GDN), Performance Max, and Discovery Campaigns.
Expertise in A/B testing methodologies.
Deep understanding of paid search channels, their role in the marketing funnel, and proficiency with bid management tools like SA360.
Ability to craft account strategies focused on achieving or exceeding client efficiency and growth targets.
Experience in developing and implementing performance monitoring and optimization techniques to align with client budgets and objectives.
Skilled at identifying and prioritizing high-impact initiatives for account performance enhancement.
Proficient in developing the paid search segment of client roadmaps, testing plans, and performance reports.
