Role Summary: As a Paid Social Manager, you will oversee the operational management of our clients' paid social marketing initiatives while guiding junior team members and enhancing strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate forecasts and strategic plans in collaboration with your Director and Account Director.
- Deeply understand client products and marketing objectives to devise effective campaign strategies and deliverable plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create fully integrated social media campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics critical to client success.
- Generate comprehensive monthly reports for clients.
- Innovate and implement creative tools and tactics to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Contribute to business reviews, corporate initiatives, automation efforts, and new business endeavors.
- Assist in developing POVs, best practices, and essential process documentation.
