The Role
Wpromote is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paid Social Media Manager to oversee comprehensive full-funnel paid social campaigns for a diverse range of clients. This position is hands-on and requires expertise in developing campaign strategies, executing impactful activations, optimizing to meet business KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Creative and Data Science to implement innovative measurement techniques. We are looking for an individual who embodies curiosity, maintains a growth mindset, and is enthusiastic about achieving results while enjoying the journey. The expected annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, based on various factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, and the respective state’s salary laws for exempt employees. Please note that pay ranges are subject to adjustments and are based on current market medians for similar roles as per third-party salary surveys. Individual compensation within that range may vary based on skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package will include the benefits listed above.
*This role offers the flexibility to work remotely in most states across the United States, with some exceptions.
