Your Role...
Execute high-quality interior and exterior painting tasks, encompassing preparation, priming, sanding, and meticulous finishing.
Conduct regular touch-ups in guest rooms, hallways, and communal spaces to uphold high presentation standards.
Repair and restore walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces as required.
Perform fundamental electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks within your skill set.
Respond efficiently to maintenance requests from guests and team members.
Conduct routine inspections of rooms and critical areas to ensure they meet guest readiness criteria.
Assemble and repair furniture and fixtures as necessary.
Assist with refurbishment initiatives, planned maintenance, events, and seasonal decorations.
Adhere to all safety protocols, correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure compliance with fire, health and safety, and environmental regulations.
