Position Summary
KIND is on the lookout for enthusiastic Paralegals to enhance our dynamic team. We will review applications on a rolling basis while this position remains open, reaching out to suitable candidates as opportunities arise.
The selected Paralegal will assist in delivering crucial legal services by performing various case support tasks in collaboration with our attorneys. Responsibilities include conducting client intakes, performing legal research, preparing immigration forms, drafting affidavits, managing files and data, preparing for hearings, referring clients to social services, and executing other related duties. Reporting directly to the Staff or Senior Attorney, this role is pivotal in supporting our mission.
