About You
We seek enthusiastic and inspiring coaches who excel at connecting with middle school, high school, and college students. You will thrive in a 1:1 coaching environment, collaborating with students and their families to help them achieve their goals.
The ideal candidates for this role will possess:
- A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in education, psychology, or a related field.
- Professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Academic, ADHD, or Executive Function Coaching
- Special Education or School Counseling
- Mental Health Counseling, Therapy, or Social Work
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Educational Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech/Language Pathology
- Academic & Study Skills Tutoring

Job Responsibilities
As a part-time coach, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting at least 12 hours of coaching sessions per week with students.
- Collaborating with students and their families to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Identifying and planning key topics to address during coaching sessions.
- Communicating with parents regarding students’ progress through text, email, and phone.
- Checking in with students via text or email between sessions as needed.
