Your Role:
As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school's reception area, embodying a high-achievement culture for students, visitors, and parents alike. This position requires you to uphold school standards while managing various administrative tasks at the front desk. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, sorting mail, filing, faxing, creating and maintaining databases, and performing general administrative duties as necessary.
