About the job
Are you seeking a flexible position within a supportive and structured environment? Join Centria Autism as a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in our center-based roles. Here, you will benefit from a stable work setting, collaborative on-site teams, and the ability to tailor your work hours to suit your lifestyle. Whether you are balancing other responsibilities or re-entering the field, this is your opportunity to provide impactful care on your own terms.
Compensation: Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $75.
Why Choose Centria for Your Part-Time Role?
- Structured Environment: Provide therapy in a specialized center designed for optimal outcomes, featuring dedicated therapy spaces and natural routines, alongside in-person teamwork.
- Flexible Scheduling: Tailor your work hours to fit your schedule, whether that means daytime shifts, limited days per week, or working with only a few clients.
- Focus on Clinical Care: Leverage our operations team and proprietary CareConnect platform to concentrate on client progress rather than administrative tasks.
- Built-In Clinical Support: Stay connected with Clinical Directors, peer BCBAs, and our Clinical Excellence Team for guidance and collaboration, even in a part-time capacity.
- Assent-Based ABA: Provide therapy that aligns with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and Centria’s dedication to compassionate, child-led therapy.
- Opportunity for Growth: Explore options for additional hours, mentorship, or leadership roles as your availability evolves.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee a limited caseload of clients as a BCBA.
- Develop and maintain individualized, assent-driven treatment plans.
- Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling.
- Engage families in therapy by facilitating collaborative parent training.
- Monitor client progress and adapt programming based on data and team feedback.
Please note: This part-time position does not include benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), or paid time off. However, you will enjoy flexibility, robust clinical support, and the chance to make a significant difference—one client at a time.
