The Behavior Analyst role is vital in empowering students to achieve their maximum potential through exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will transform the experiences of clients receiving our services by delivering personalized and compassionate care as part of our school-based and clinic-based teams. Your collaboration with other professionals will promote a holistic approach to serving every child. You will become part of a family dedicated to making a meaningful impact in our community.
We are looking for a passionate and creative BCBA who thrives in collaborative environments to serve our clients, their parents/caregivers, and school teams effectively. You will apply critical thinking skills to address the needs of each client and their support systems, with guidance from a supervising BCBA. This position allows you the freedom to make individualized treatment recommendations based on current research, ensuring the provision of cutting-edge services. As a BCBA at Project Play, you will lead RBTs by providing high-quality supervision and making significant contributions to the ABA field.
