What does the role entail?
We are seeking a part-time Business Analyst Intern to join our Product Operations team. This position will involve leveraging data and AI-driven analysis to transform customer feedback into actionable insights for Product Management, while also enhancing Salesforce workflows in collaboration with our global IT team.
Your impact will be significant:
- Analyze and synthesize customer feedback, enhancement requests, and commitments from various sources (e.g., Salesforce, internal tools).
- Employ AI techniques such as summarization, clustering, and trend detection to uncover key themes and high-impact customer needs.
- Develop structured insights, summaries, and dashboards to provide Product Management with a comprehensive Voice of the Customer perspective.
- Enhance analysis efficiency and the quality of insights through smart automation.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Operations to validate insights and ensure data integrity.
- Clearly define business and functional requirements for Salesforce enhancements related to customer commitments and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into tools for improved categorization, automated summaries, and enhanced search functionalities.
