Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with our brand philosophy and quality standards.
- Work towards achieving specific objectives set by the Store Manager, contributing to the store's overall success both independently and collaboratively.
- Engage in clienteling activities to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure all merchandise is attractively displayed and well-organized.
- Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge relevant to the brand.
- Deliver superior service to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a customer-centric approach within the store.
- Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
