Join the dynamic kitchen team at Oaks Perth Hotel as a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook on a part-time basis. This pivotal role is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, where you will prepare and cook a diverse array of dishes to consistently high standards, contributing to an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in the cooking and presentation of meals.
- Cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu standards and guest expectations.
- Ensure exceptional presentation of meals prior to service.
- Maintain proper food storage, safety, and hygiene practices.
- Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and compliant with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
- Support fellow team members to ensure seamless daily kitchen operations.
Shift Details (subject to change):
- Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
- Shifts available during breakfast and dinner periods.
- Immediate start available.
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):
Monday - Friday: $25.85 per hour
Saturday: $32.31 per hour
Sunday: $38.78 per hour
