Adhere to the designated production counts outlined on production sheets.
Notify the Chef of any necessary modifications to recipes or food production sheets and report potential shortages proactively.
Guide attendants regarding menu offerings and any changes that may occur.
Uphold rigorous standards of food safety, sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance.
