As the primary contact for residents, you will be the first person they speak to when repairs are needed. Your friendly demeanor on the phone, coupled with your attentive listening skills, enables you to register repair requests effectively. With your customer-centric attitude and excellent communication capabilities, residents will feel heard and supported.
In summary, you will ensure that every phone conversation is not only professional but also pleasant and personal.
