Role Overview
As the Employee Health & Wellbeing Advisor, you will play a vital role in implementing KP Snacks' health and wellbeing initiatives through occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance, and tailored health promotion activities.
You will be part of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with Operations and Corporate Functions to provide expert advice and solutions. This role primarily covers our sites in Ashby, Leominster, and Uttoxeter, with occasional travel to other locations as required. You will work alongside HR, Health & Safety, and senior leadership to devise initiatives focused on ensuring our colleagues remain healthy, safe, and supported.

Your Responsibilities
Deliver occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance, and wellbeing initiatives
Provide professional advice and solutions on all EHW-related matters, working in partnership with HR and line managers
Analyze data and trends to develop health initiatives that align with governmental guidance and business needs
Support Employee Relations and business transformations through effective consultation and communication
Collaborate with HR, Health & Safety, and senior leaders to review and maintain EHW policies and processes
