About Candlelight
Since July 2019, Fever Originals has brought classical music to life in stunning candlelit concerts across intimate venues worldwide. With events in cities such as Paris, Madrid, New York, and Los Angeles, we are expanding to include Minneapolis! Candlelight concerts democratize classical music, offering unique experiences for every audience, now in over 300 cities globally.
We are currently seeking a part-time on-site Event Manager for our Candlelight Concerts in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This part-time position involves weekly concerts on Wednesdays and Fridays. Please note that transportation costs are included as part of the hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for Candlelight events and staff, coordinating with the Fever Originals manager.
- Maintain visibility into the staff roster, establish schedules, and communicate with staffing agencies regarding any event rescheduling.
- Ensure each staff member is adequately trained in their roles, whether it's validating tickets, assisting guests to their seats, or more.
