User Experience Analyst Position
Lone Rock Point is on the lookout for a talented User Experience (UX) Analyst who is passionate about researching and designing captivating and innovative user experiences. This role entails understanding user needs and ensuring alignment with client objectives while adhering to usability standards. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking to enhance our Customer Experience initiatives.
Successful candidates will excel in a dynamic work setting, showcasing strong problem-solving abilities and self-directed initiative, alongside a knack for collaborative teamwork and transparent communication. Extensive experience in a fast-paced, innovative development environment is essential, as is a robust understanding of modern user-centered design methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on user experience strategies and planning.
- Engage with clients and diverse team members for insights and feedback.
- Facilitate meetings with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
- Identify and define capabilities/services that cater to end users.
- Research existing and missing content to support system development.
- Create and design wireframes, process flows, user personas, and journey maps.
- Utilize storyboarding, task analysis, and user research to develop comprehensive user requirements.
- Conduct user research activities such as usability testing and surveys.
- Follow up on submissions from user research activities.
- Assist with IT capabilities and support during meetings.
- Deliver overview presentations and Q&A sessions for various client teams.
- Familiarity with accessibility requirements is an asset.
