We are currently seeking a proactive and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and implementing innovative solutions to ensure exceptional service. Your duties will include processing check-ins and check-outs, assisting guests with reservations and special requests, all while adhering to the high-quality standards of B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group to guarantee guest satisfaction.
This part-time position requires flexibility for AM/PM scheduling, including availability on weekends and holidays.
