- Deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Facilitate a seamless flow of customers throughout the store.
- Handle incoming phone calls by screening and forwarding them according to National Vision protocols.
- Process and comprehend managed care plans, acquiring necessary documentation from insurance companies as needed.
- Provide customers with accurate and essential information.
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
- Organize patient records daily and prepare files for the following day's appointments.
- Check the status of orders and inform customers upon arrival or delay.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, while keeping inventory of office supplies.
- Participate in scheduled communication meetings as required.
