We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Guest Service Agent who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
Your role will involve guiding guests through an enjoyable stay, ensuring efficient check-ins and check-outs, as well as sharing valuable insights about local attractions and dining options. Your remarkable customer service and upbeat demeanor will leave a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly smile, ensuring a seamless check-in process while addressing any immediate questions or requests.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence to provide outstanding service.
- Manage guest reservations accurately, including updates and special requests, utilizing property management systems for smooth scheduling.
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering prompt assistance, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
Shift Information:
- Rotating roster from Monday to Sunday
- Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM
- Immediate start available
Hourly Pay Rates:
Weekdays: $26.70 per hour
Saturday: $33.38 per hour
Sunday: $40.05 per hour
