Utilize OpenTable to manage reservations and accommodate walk-in guests efficiently.
Oversee table rotation and collaborate with both Front of House and Back of House teams to enhance guest flow.
Ensure the cleanliness and appealing presentation of the host stand and entrance area.
Address guest inquiries and assist with special requests, wait times, or accommodations.
Enhance the overall guest experience through a friendly and attentive demeanor.
Assist with bussing tables and support the team by running food and beverages as required.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
