Join Peak Made as a Part-Time Leasing Consultant and create a welcoming community experience for residents while effectively marketing and leasing apartments to prospective tenants. This role will provide you with a solid foundation to advance your career in property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive customer service environment, cultivating a community atmosphere that residents love.
- Help plan and facilitate resident events to enhance community engagement.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.
- Document and submit service requests from residents promptly.
- Participate in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the office, common areas, and model units.
- Support residents during their move-in and move-out processes.
- Contribute to the property turn process to ensure readiness for new tenants.
Market and lease apartments effectively, showcasing the property’s features to attract potential residents.
- Welcome prospective residents and provide tours of model and market-ready units as well as common areas.
- Assist with the online application process for prospective tenants.
- Engage with internet leads, answer calls from prospects, and conduct property tours following established guidelines.
- Work towards optimizing occupancy rates while maximizing rental income.
- Utilize proven sales and marketing strategies to increase foot traffic, enhance closing ratios, and meet or exceed occupancy targets.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the property and its competition.
Perform various administrative tasks including:
- Conducting market surveys as necessary.
- Collecting deposits and/or fees associated with move-ins.
- Preparing lease-related paperwork with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Maintaining accurate records of prospect traffic and leasing data, and assisting with data entry as needed.
- Inspecting units quarterly and prior to resident move-ins.
- Reviewing all lease and renewal files for compliance and bonus submissions to the Property Manager.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
Qualifications:
- Passion for helping others and positively impacting your community.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective problem-solving skills and clear communication ability.
- Fluent in reading and writing English.
- Proficient in basic to intermediate math.
- Computer literacy is required.
