WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Step into a leadership role as needed, providing support on the sales floor when your Manager is occupied.
- Take on key responsibilities, including opening and closing the store as required.
- Operate the cash register, processing sales transactions and utilizing your pop culture knowledge to facilitate add-on sales using services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Ensure accurate register closure and communicate any discrepancies to your Store Manager.
- Understand and contribute to store sales objectives, including comp sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT).
- Assist with planogram adjustments, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
- Communicate emerging fashion trends to management and relevant HQ partners.
- Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure security measures are upheld.
- Help maintain an organized stockroom and a clean retail environment.
- Foster a collaborative and enthusiastic team atmosphere alongside your colleagues.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience. If you are passionate about philanthropy and pop culture, this is the place for you!
- Excellent skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operational efficiency, with a commitment to developing your team.
- Must be at least 18 years old to join our enthusiastic team.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
