Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments of medical needs for services for individuals of all ages and their families.Develop personalized clinical documentation outlining target and replacement behaviors, along with tailored interventions, collaborating with team members responsible for implementation.Establish discharge criteria and create detailed discharge plans to ensure sustainability of progress post-treatment.Maintain ongoing communication with families to discuss behavior management, skill acquisition, and overall progress.Engage in regular treatment team meetings and supervision sessions to contribute to clinical improvements and professional development.Provide interim coverage for unstaffed cases as necessary.Ensure consistent communication among all team members involved with shared clients.Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress.Facilitate skills training and development for new Behavior Health Technicians as needed.Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records as per regulatory standards.Complete mandated training hours for individual training plans and annual regulatory requirements across the lifespan.
