Your Responsibilities:
- Promptly address and resolve all service requests and repairs to maintain high standards of resident satisfaction.
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor in inventory management of tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards and foster positive relationships with residents and team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to personnel management policies.
- Implement and monitor the preventative maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.
- Effectively communicate with residents, colleagues, vendors, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage budgeting and develop a robust preventative maintenance program.
- Assist in the execution of a hazard communications program and conduct regular inspections of grounds and buildings to mitigate liability risks.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Work alongside the maintenance team to uphold excellent curb appeal throughout the community.
- Support residents during the move-in/move-out process and assist with the scheduling and execution of all maintenance-related events.
- Conduct maintenance on all equipment as per manufacturer guidelines and maintain accurate records of activities.
- Address resident complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of office and common areas.
- Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain accurate chemical logs.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide emergency services as needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required to support team goals.
