- Greet and check patients in and out efficiently.
- Accurately input patient demographics into the Practice Management System (PMS).
- Digitally scan and file patient documents into electronic records.
- Confirm insurance coverage and co-pay amounts with patients.
- Process prior authorizations for specific procedures as needed.
- Schedule new appointments and follow up with existing ones.
- Promote and sell clinic products and services to patients.
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Take detailed messages for staff.
- Collect co-payments and outstanding balances from patients.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
