Key Responsibilities
• Deliver timely and professional service to all guests.
• Ensure tables are well set, condiments stocked, and menus are clean and current.
• Stack and polish glassware and silverware.
• Utilize sales techniques to suggest additional items and enhance the guest experience.
• Provide a variety of beverage services, including alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and hot beverages.
• Operate the POS system and manage cash and credit transactions.
• Expedite food orders from the kitchen to guests while keeping serving equipment clean.
• Maintain open communication with service and kitchen staff, addressing guest comments and concerns with management.
• Participate in daily cleaning tasks, including ensuring restrooms are clean and maintaining cleanliness through mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
