Role Objective
The Operations Associate is a crucial member of our store team, responsible for driving profitability and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the Operations and Visual Manager to initiate and complete tasks while providing feedback to achieve optimal results in all store operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Efficiently execute inventory management processes, focusing on accuracy and loss reduction.
- Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and work with the General Manager to address process or system gaps.
- Support key operational functions including shipping, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, restocking throughout the day, updating sales floor displays, and supply management.
- Maintain and promote stringent visual standards for the sales area.
- Collaborate with reporting, budgeting, expenditure, inventory control, supplies, vendor relations, technology, and facilities teams to ensure high-quality service standards are upheld and optimized.
- Foster a safe working environment and efficient operations by applying rigorous warehouse standards and procedures.
- Move dynamically throughout the store to assess and meet the needs of the company, team, and customers.
- Execute company-wide operational directives, projects, and initiatives in partnership with the Operations and Visual Manager.
- Assist with processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising setup and replenishment excellence.
