Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a current LPN license.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings is preferred.Experience working with residents with Alzheimer's or related dementias is highly desirable.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Knowledge of federal and state regulations, along with nursing practices and techniques related to resident health and wellness.Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), with a willingness to learn new applications.Physical capabilities include the ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents.

Under the guidance of the Health and Wellness Director (RN), you will deliver direct nursing care to our residents, focusing on holistic wellness. Your leadership skills will be essential in supervising Certified Nursing Assistants in their daily nursing activities.
Shifts:
Part-Time: 7a-11a; 5p-9p; and 3p-11p
Per-Diem: All Shifts Available.
Compensation: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the health, safety, and overall well-being of residents.
- Assist in training and monitoring medication administration.
- Supervise care staff, aligning with state regulations and community policies.
- Maintain clinical quality assurance in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
- Uphold the highest service standards for our residents while exemplifying our company mission.
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments.
