Join Our Team as a Part-Time Payroll Clerk!
OACAC is currently on the lookout for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our Fiscal Office. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing payroll for our dedicated employees, managing tax and other payroll-related payments through our PAYCOR HRMS system.

Working hours are part-time at 25 hours per week, from Monday to Thursday.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Payroll Management: Maintain comprehensive employee master files, ensuring all direct deposit information, deductions, and W-4 forms are current. You will oversee the processing of payroll checks, deposit vouchers, and tax deductions, ensuring timely closure of pay periods in our timekeeping system.
Timesheet Oversight: Review and manage timesheets for accuracy, file necessary documentation, and prepare payroll reports for management review.
Accounting Duties: Assist with general ledger reconciliations related to payroll activities.
