Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist who wants to craft a work schedule that suits their lifestyle while engaging directly with families and tapping into their creativity.
Our exceptional administrative team will handle the prep work and paperwork, allowing you to concentrate on providing quality occupational therapy.
As an Early Intervention OT, you’ll work with children aged 0-3, guiding families in helping their children meet developmental milestones.
Your Day-to-Day at Tummy Time Academy:
Conducting one-on-one occupational therapy sessions with children within their natural environments (home, daycare, playground, library), utilizing play and everyday routines.
Traveling to various session locations.
Discussing progress with families and reflecting on developments since the last session.
Assessing and observing the skills of your assigned child to identify strengths and areas for improvement relevant to their goals.
Demonstrating tailored exercises and activities aimed at enhancing fine motor skills, sensory processing, play skills, and emotional regulation.
Educating and supporting families in incorporating therapeutic activities into daily routines to further assist their child's development.
