As a Personal Care Specialist at RISE, you will have the unique opportunity to engage with patients and customers in a welcoming retail environment, guiding them from the moment they enter until they check out. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who possesses a friendly demeanor, akin to a barista in your favorite café. Our exceptional Personal Care Specialists are the cornerstone of Green Thumb’s success, expertly connecting each patient or customer with the ideal products and consumption methods to meet their individual needs. You will be a vital resource, well-versed in our product offerings and prepared to assist anyone who visits our dispensary.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to patients and customers in a customer-centric retail setting.
- Educate patients and customers on product offerings, consumption methods, and safety during interactions.
- Leverage product knowledge to suggest safe and effective regimens tailored to each individual.
- Foster a positive, communicative, and customer-focused work environment.
- Verify order deliveries for accuracy and compliance.
- Support management in ensuring seamless retail operations, addressing any reported issues or complaints efficiently.
- Uphold local and state cannabis regulations diligently.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring the store's appearance meets standards.
- Keep hard copy files as required.
- Adhere to security measures and safety compliance protocols.
Complete tasks at designated workstations based on management's guidance during scheduled shifts, which may include:
- Front of House: Check-In, Sales Floor, POS (Kiosk, In-Store, Pre-Order), Curbside, Roll Thru
- Back of House: Fulfillment, Receiving, Replenishment, Inventory Counts
- Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the dispensary
- Other duties as assigned
