Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are move-in ready and present a professional appearance.
- Perform daily cleaning of the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other communal spaces as directed by the Manager.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment owned by the property and the management team.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to requests from residents and management, reporting any unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
- Comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies consistently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
