Schedule: Part-Time, includes weekend rotation, 3-4 days per week
As a Programming Coordinator for Memory Care, you will play a pivotal role in designing and leading vibrant programs that foster resident engagement and elevate the quality of life for our community members.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive support to the department in planning, coordinating, and executing engaging and meaningful activities and events tailored for adults.
Assisting in the creation of a balanced monthly program calendar featuring cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational activities.
Connecting with groups, organizations, and individuals to facilitate performances or instructional sessions for residents.
Encouraging active participation among residents through positive interactions and relationship-building.
Supporting the Director of Entertainment & Programming in arranging medical transportation for residents and planning exciting outings and excursions.
Assisting residents with entering and exiting community vehicles.
