Your Role
As a part-time, onsite recruiter, you will be instrumental in building the team that supports our warehouse operations. This role focuses on proactive recruitment, maintaining high standards, and ensuring readiness for our growth and seasonal demands.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process: posting, sourcing, screening, and coordinating onsite interviews.
- Create a dependable talent pipeline for hourly positions.
- Collaborate with leadership to uphold hiring standards and consistency.
- Guide and mentor the Operations team in talent evaluation and management.
- Prepare for peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday) by developing a flexible pool of part-time and on-demand staff.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and retention outcomes to enhance the quality of hires.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume, hourly, or warehouse environments.
- Strong instincts for effective screening and interviewing.
- Capability to work onsite and directly engage with warehouse staff and supervisors.
