Your Role:
As a Retail Ambassador, you will embody our brand on the sales floor by providing outstanding customer experiences and exemplifying our values in every interaction. Your focus will be on building meaningful connections with customers, driving sales through exceptional service, and contributing to a welcoming store culture. You will also assist with limited operational tasks to maintain the store’s appearance and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience (90%)
Deliver the quintessential Rothy’s Experience to every customer, consistently reflecting our brand values through your presentation, communication, and product knowledge.
Achieve personal sales goals while contributing to the team’s objectives.
Foster enduring relationships with customers through effective clienteling practices.
