The Security Officer I represents the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine (NM). This role adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program while complying with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory standards. Under the guidance of the Security Leadership, you will be responsible for implementing established policies and procedures to safeguard the hospital from theft and damage. This position ensures the safety of patients, visitors, associates, and medical staff by investigating disturbances and providing assistance to clinical staff when restraining patients, as needed.
Work Schedule: 24 hours per week, rotating between Oak Brook and Marianjoy in Wheaton
