YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating a distinctive customer experience. Your actions, aligned with our values, will contribute to both your success and that of H&M.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support nearby stores in your capacity as a Sales Advisor.
- Welcome our customers, guide them through the store, and assist them with your trend and product knowledge to find exactly what they need.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure that both the sales floor and backstage areas are always well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
- Be yourself and positively represent the H&M Group.

- Are proactive and flexible, available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
- Are prepared to support surrounding H&M Group stores as needed.
