Your Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service consistently.
- Warmly welcome clients, assist them in finding products, and understand their needs to ensure a delightful shopping experience.
- Manage stock efficiently by pair checking, organizing the stockroom, and upholding high operational standards.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked shop floor, ensuring adherence to store standards.
- Collaborate with your management team to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
- Educate customers about Kurt Geiger's loyalty programs, emphasizing benefits and encouraging participation to enhance their shopping journey.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.
- Exemplify our brand values by adhering to uniform standards (all black, unbranded, and reflective of the brand).
- Participate in training sessions to become a confident brand ambassador.
