Join Our Team as a Sales Associate!
Location: Midtown - Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $16 per hour
Schedule/Availability:
- Availability to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) regularly.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 4 days per week.
- Average of 16 hours per week with flexibility to increase to 24 hours.
- Availability to work during clinic operating hours (subject to change).
- Commitment to a schedule set 60 days in advance is required.
Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliable commuting to your home clinic location and occasional travel to other locations for coverage as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Experience:
- Achieve daily sales and conversion goals through exemplary leadership.
- Provide exceptional client service by educating customers on products, memberships, and treatments.
- Enhance clinic retention and loyalty through relationship building and consistent follow-up.
- Uphold Skin Laundry’s service standards and brand values in every client interaction.
Operational Execution:
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation, invoice closeout, and ensuring clinic readiness.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through restocking, receiving shipments, and conducting product counts.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards are upheld.
- Execute operational checklists and compliance tasks as directed by the ACM or CM.
Team Support & Peer Leadership:
- Provide on-the-floor coaching and real-time feedback to fellow Sales Associates.
- Assist in onboarding and training of new team members under the guidance of the ACM/CM.
- Act as a point of contact for questions or issues during shifts and escalate as necessary.
- Promote a supportive, inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and growth.
Compliance & Safety:
- Adhere to and reinforce all operational policies and loss prevention protocols.
