Your Key Responsibilities:
Sales
- Create a welcoming store environment that embodies our core value of Spreading Good Vibes.
- Manage in-store sales transactions, including returns and exchanges.
- Enhance guest capture and retention while maintaining up-to-date client information and product feedback.
Business and Financial Acumen
- Assess key business metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvements.
- Leverage business tools and personal insights to drive results effectively.
Networking
- Collaborate with the Store Leader to plan and execute engaging in-store events.
- Establish and nurture a strong presence within the local community.
Operations
Oversee the Lifecycle of Product:
- Manage in-store fulfillment of customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Receive and manage scheduled inventory shipments.
- Conduct cycle counts to perform inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Facilitate inventory transfers between stores or warehouses.
- Make necessary stock adjustments and manage regular inventory schedules.
Ensure Operational Excellence:
- Oversee cash management, including register operations and bank deposits.
- Foster a culture focused on operational excellence.
- Ensure timely execution of company initiatives and directives.
