Join Our Team:
As we expand our Speech Therapy services, we are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to collaborate with us as part-time consultants. This role offers the opportunity to influence local care models, enhance insurance partnerships, and potentially develop your own independent practice without the usual operational challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
Commit to a flexible schedule of up to 1 hour per week.
Provide insights on state regulations, cultural considerations, and innovative care models.
Guide policies and outcomes to ensure evidence-based, family-centered care.
Serve as the primary credentialed provider when applying to commercial and Medicaid plans within your state.
Utilize and evaluate our comprehensive technology platform (scheduling, data management, EHR, billing) to recommend product enhancements.
Optionally, start seeing clients through our platform to gradually build your practice (no upfront fees, complete operational support).

Who You Are:
Must possess an active SLP license in good standing.
Experience with payer credentialing or utilization management is advantageous.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate ranging from $100 to $150, based on experience and location.
