Ministry:
Promote the mission of Stars to facilitate smooth transitions for families at CCV.
Ensure the implementation of More Than A Game elements, including huddles, cards, and prayer.
Foster strong relationships with Stars families and coaches.
Guide coaches and volunteers in their personal and professional growth.
Programming:
Recruit and train volunteers for coaching, guest services, and field operations.
Provide support to volunteer coaches during practices and games.
Operations:
Prepare the facility for all practices and games, ensuring signage, equipment, fields/courts, and restrooms are ready.
Manage and maintain facility and equipment inventory.
Oversee safety and quality of the facility, performing minor repairs and coordinating with landscaping services.
Additional Duties:
Flexible schedule, requiring availability of approximately two evenings a week and Saturdays during the sports season.
Participate and contribute to campus-wide events unrelated to Stars.
