Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with the implementation of lesson plans and instructional activities.
- Support students with special needs, including those with physical, emotional, or learning disabilities.
- Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to ensure a safe and respectful classroom environment.
- Assist students with daily tasks, including personal care, mobility, and academic assignments.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and adapt instructional materials and strategies.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance relevant skills and knowledge.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and adhere to school policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising teacher or school administration.
