Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Weekend On-site Leadership: Manage both Saturday and Sunday shifts (1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, or 3rd shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).Lead and manage the NOC and SOC team to ensure effective network and security monitoring.Oversee weekend shift activities and coordinate with other shift analysts for smooth transitions.Create, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for network and security incidents.Serve as the primary escalation point for major network outages and security incidents.Identify opportunities for automating incident responses and optimizing tools.Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to maintain high service levels.Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearance required.5+ years of experience in a NOSC, NOC, or SOC environment.At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Proficient in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios) and SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight).Experience with automation tools and scripting to enhance security operations, threat detection, and incident response.Proven track record in managing network incidents, security events, and cyber threat responses.Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, incident management, and service desk operations.Strong troubleshooting skills.
