About the Role
As a Partner Account Manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating and sustaining strategic relationships with key partners in the payments landscape. Your role will involve managing partner relations, monitoring performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the success of collaborative initiatives. You will also engage with our SMB customer base to explore smaller upgrade opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with key strategic partners.
- Serve as the main contact for partners, facilitating effective communication and continuous support.
- Evaluate partner performance to ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with partners to understand and address business needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Business Development:
- Seek out new partnership opportunities in the payments sector and onboard new partners.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for partnership and growth.
